Log a trainer earning

Trainers: record what you earned for a coaching session in e.Vernetzt, mark it paid or pending, and see your monthly total against the projected one.

Coaching gets logged one session at a time. Doing it as you go is what makes the monthly total worth looking at.

This is for the trainer role, and only for your own earnings. Nothing in the app lets one trainer log an earning for another.

Open your earnings

  1. Open the club from the navigation drawer.
  2. Find the Training earnings card and tap See details.

You get what you have earned this month shown against the month’s projected total, a breakdown per group, and your recent sessions with their paid or pending status.

Log a session

  1. Tap the + button. From the club home screen you can also use the + menu and pick Log an earning, which opens the same form directly.
  2. Enter a title — what the session was.
  3. Enter the amount.
  4. Choose paid or pending.
  5. Set the date.
  6. Pick a group, or leave it as General (no group) if it does not belong to one.
  7. Save.

The group picker only offers groups you are the assigned trainer of. If a group you coach is missing, you have not been assigned to it yet — an owner or admin does that, see Assign a trainer to a group.

About the projection

The progress bar compares what you have logged this month against what the month should come to, worked out from the schedules of the groups you are assigned to. A group meeting twice a week counts twice a week.

So the projection moves when your assignments or their schedules change, not when you log something. Logging moves the other number.

Notes

  • Your first session. With nothing logged yet, the screen shows a Log your first session prompt instead of an empty summary.
  • Owners and admins can see this, not add to it. They reach your earnings read-only from the club’s Trainers shelf. The log button is not shown to them.
  • This is not the club ledger. Trainer earnings and club transactions are separate records that share no numbers. What you log here does not appear in the club ledger, and a club paying you is recorded there separately.
