Your club, in one place

Members join by scanning a code. Teams get their own group and schedule. Announcements reach exactly who they concern. And the club’s money stops living in one person’s spreadsheet.

What e.Vernetzt does

Most clubs run on a pile of tools that were never meant for one: a chat group nobody can search, a calendar half the members never opened, and a spreadsheet only the treasurer understands. e.Vernetzt replaces all of it. Every member sees the groups they belong to, what is on this week and what has been posted. Owners and admins get the member roster, the approvals queue, the ledger and the club’s numbers — in the same app, on the same phone.

Members join by scanning a code

No invite links to chase, no sign-up sheet, no one typing names into a spreadsheet.

A new member scans the club’s QR code and asks to join. The request lands in an approvals queue on the club’s home screen, where an owner or admin approves or rejects it. From there the whole roster is searchable and filterable by role, and one tap opens a member to change their role, their groups or the parent linked to a child account.

A group for every team

Split the club the way it already works: teams, age brackets, the committee, the volunteers.

Each group has its own members, its own schedule and at most one assigned trainer. Groups can be open for anyone in the club to find and join themselves, or private and invite-only — so the youth team and the board never end up in the same thread. Members join and leave public groups without asking anyone.

Training times, without the phone calls

Give a group its weekdays, a start and end time and a place. Everyone in it has the same answer to “when are we on?”.

A schedule can run on several weekdays at once, from a start date until an end date or indefinitely. The app turns it into concrete sessions: members get a “What’s Next” strip on the club home screen, trainers get “My Week” across every group they coach. Change a schedule and everyone in the group is notified.

Announcements that reach the right people

Post once, to exactly the group, role or person it concerns — instead of forwarding the same message five times.

Write an information note, an event, a training entry or a practice session, optionally with a date and a two-option response poll so you know who is coming. Readers filter the feed down to what is unread or what they have flagged for later. Every post arrives as a push notification and opens straight to itself when tapped.

Club money in the open

A running balance, six months of income against expenses, and every transaction behind it.

Owners and admins record income and expenses as they happen — dues, sponsorship, equipment, pitch hire — each with a category and a date. The balance and the chart are computed from the ledger itself, so they are never a number somebody typed in. A handover no longer starts with recovering a file from a former treasurer.

Trainers see what they have earned

Coaching gets logged session by session, with a monthly total against a projection.

A trainer logs an earning against the group they coached, marks it paid or pending, and sees a breakdown per group and a list of recent sessions. Owners and admins get a dashboard of every trainer in the club — their assigned groups, sessions this month, and what is paid and pending — and can drill into any one of them read-only.

How the club is actually doing

Member growth, group coverage and feed activity, computed fresh every time you look.

Owners and admins get three tabs — members, groups and feed — covering how the club has grown, how members split across roles, which groups have no trainer or no schedule, and how much is being posted. The club home screen carries a compact preview of the three numbers that are not visible anywhere else.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often, answered.

What is e.Vernetzt?

An app for running a club. It holds your members, splits them into groups for each team or committee, carries announcements and the training schedule, records the club’s income and expenses, and tracks what trainers have earned.

Who is it for?

Clubs small enough that nobody is employed to administer them, and large enough that a single chat group has stopped working. Sports clubs are the obvious case, but nothing in the app is specific to sport.

How do members join our club?

They scan the club’s QR code in the app and send a join request. An owner or admin approves it from the approvals queue on the club home screen. Nobody joins a club without somebody in it saying yes.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad via the App Store, and Android phones and tablets via Google Play.

What does it cost?

See the current price on the App Store or Google Play listing — storefront prices differ by country, so the stores are the only place that can answer this accurately for you.

What can each role do?

There are six: owner, admin, staff, trainer, member and child member. Owners and admins manage members, groups, the ledger and the club profile. Trainers create groups, are assigned to them and log their own earnings. Members post, join public groups and answer polls. Child members read and belong to groups, and are linked to a parent.

Can a group be kept private?

Yes. Owners and admins can make a group private, in which case it is only visible to people already in it. Public groups are visible to the whole club and anyone can join themselves.

Does the app handle payments?

No. A club can publish a donation link and a list of sponsors, and both open in the browser — the app never touches card details or moves money. The ledger is a record of what happened, kept by hand, not a payment system.

Is the app available in German?

Yes. e.Vernetzt is fully translated into German and English and follows your device language. Light and dark mode both follow your device too.

What happens to our data?

e.Vernetzt is built by a company based in Germany and designed around the GDPR. Analytics only run once you have agreed to them, you can export everything the app holds about you as a file at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the app.
