Export or delete your data

Get everything e.Vernetzt holds about you as a file, or delete your account for good. Both live on the account screen, and neither needs you to email anybody.

Your data rights are buttons in the app, not a support request. Both live in the same place and neither needs anybody’s approval.

Where to find them

  1. Open the navigation drawer.
  2. Tap Account.

That screen also shows your name, email and member id, the app version you are running — useful when writing to support — and a Sync action that fetches a fresh sign-in token if your permissions look out of date.

Export your data

  1. Tap Export account data.
  2. Confirm the dialog.
  3. Your phone’s share sheet opens with the export as a text file. Save it to Files, mail it to yourself, or send it wherever you want it.

What you get is your profile plus your e.Vernetzt activity: the clubs you belong to, the posts you wrote, and the ones you answered.

The export is fetched and handed straight to the share sheet — the app does not keep a copy. If you dismiss the share sheet without choosing anything, nothing is saved and you can simply do it again.

Delete your account

  1. Tap Delete account, at the bottom and styled as the destructive action it is.
  2. Confirm the dialog.

Your account is deleted, your session is cleared and you land back on the sign-in screen. This is permanent — there is no undo and no grace period. Export first if you want a copy of anything.

Deleting your account is not the same as leaving one club. If you only want out of a single club, leave that club and keep your account.

If you have a link from us for either action, opening it takes you into the app, switches to the account screen and puts up the same confirmation dialog you would get by tapping the button. It is a shortcut to the same place, not a separate process — the decision is still made in the app, by you.

That also means the link on its own does nothing. Nothing is deleted or exported until you confirm it in the app.

Consents

The Permissions screen in the same drawer is where you change what you have agreed to — the e.Vernetzt services consent, the newsletter opt-in, and whether usage analytics run at all. Analytics stay off until you say yes, and turning them off again takes effect from then on.
